This calendar, packed with prestigious events, reaffirms the Principality’s commitment to building a sustainable future of excellence.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6th<\/sup> March\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

14th<\/sup> Environmental Symposium “La Belle Classe Superyachts”<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In partnership with the Explorers Club of New York, the Environmental Symposium is a day of conferences dedicated to the nautical industry, shipowners and captains. The event is part of Monaco Ocean Week, organised by the Prince Albert II Foundation and the Government of Monaco. This 14th<\/sup> edition is part of the \u201cMonaco, Capital of Advanced Yachting\u201d project. Last year’s event successfully featured nearly 150 explorers from all over the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6-9 March\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

41e<\/sup> Primo Cup \u2013 Troph\u00e9e UBS <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The largest gathering of one-design yachts in the Mediterranean returns to Monaco. Created in 1985 at the instigation of Prince Albert II, President of the YCM, the competition serves as a platform for testing new series at sea. The regattas, featuring J\/70s, Cape 31s, ClubSwan28s, RS21s and Smeralda 888s, mark the end of the 2024-2025 season of the Monaco Sportsboat Winter Series, a programme of monthly competitions created in 2013.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14-16 March\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Troph\u00e9e Virginie H\u00e9riot <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In 2025, the Women Leading & Sailing regatta will change its name to the Troph\u00e9e Virginie H\u00e9riot. This international event pays tribute to the French yachtswoman, the first gold medallist at the Amsterdam Olympic Games in 1928. The event, which brings together women’s crews from all over the world, takes place aboard J70s, one-design yachts measuring 7 metres in length. The Troph\u00e9e Virginie H\u00e9riot is run by the thriving Pink Wave collective, which includes around fifty women sailors from the YCM. It is organised under the aegis of the Monegasque and French sailing federations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3rd<\/sup> April\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Superyacht Chef Competition <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

9 superyacht chefs will meet at the YCM under the aegis of the La Belle Classe Academy training centre. The Super Yacht Chef Competition, organised for the last 6 years in partnership with Blue Water, will see the participants compete against each other in restricted workspaces inspired by on-board kitchens. A panel of experts will have the task of choosing the successor to the 2024 winner, Paolo Ucha Longhin (M\/Y Hercules 50m), through a series of imposed ingredients and timed performances. The competitors will also have to create the best dish using a mystery basket and taking into account an anti-waste criterion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1-5 July<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

12th<\/sup> Monaco Energy Boat Challenge\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Since its creation in 2014, the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge has become a flagship event for the YCM through its spotlight on the latest innovations in propulsion and hull design. And it does so through races, parades, rallies and speed records. This year, a new class dedicated to autonomous units and AI (artificial intelligence) paves the way for next-generation yachting. At last year’s event, more than 40 universities and 700 students from 25 countries came together with major players in the yachting industry such as Monaco Marine, Oceanco and Ferretti Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

19-24 ao\u00fbt <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Palermo-Montecarlo <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For 20 years now, the famous offshore regatta has been attracting the most talented sailors and the finest boats on a course that has become a must between Palermo and Montecarlo. If last year a new record was set by the maxi Black Jack 100, in 1 day, 20 hours, 34 minutes and 22 seconds, this year the contenders will be keen to push back their limits and those of their boat to write their name in the history of this now legendary regatta. The Circolo della Vela Sicilia is collaborating with the Yacht Club de Monaco to stage this exceptional event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10-13 septembre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

17th<\/sup> Monaco Classic Week La Belle Classe\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Classic Week – La Belle Classe sets the Monegasque waves alight with an exceptional gathering dedicated to traditional vessels. Organised by the Yacht Club de Monaco, this biennial event, first held in 1994, brings together the finest classic yachts, sailing boats and vintage motor yachts in an exceptional setting. This year’s event also marks the 30th<\/sup> anniversary of Tuiga’s arrival under the Monegasque flag. This 15M JI gaff-cutter that became the Yacht Club’s flagship in 1995, is the very embodiment of the club’s values: a commitment to the Principality’s living maritime heritage and expertise. For four editions now, a fleet of Dinghies 12′, superb one-design Olympic sailing dinghies rigged as cat-boats, have taken part in the event. But Monaco Classic Week is more than just an exhibition, thanks to the mix of experiences that complement the regattas, such as the manoeuvrability competition and the much-anticipated concours d’\u00e9l\u00e9gance.
